Workshop PI           Saturday 13:45  Hofzaal

Jullian: “Everyone is invited to join this interactive workshop focused on Public Information (PI). We’ll review what’s already happening in the Netherlands, explore what other English-speaking regions across Europe are doing, and discuss how we can carry the message further together. We’ll also look at available resources, share insights about how PI fits within our Traditions, and start building new PI projects. This is a working session—come ready to share, learn, and collaborate. Let’s see how we can help more people find AA.

DINNER: Friday 01.08.2025

Starters
  • Smoked salmon carpaccio with arugula, cream cheese quenelles, chopped chives, sun-dried tomato, and red onion
  • Roasted veal fricandeau with truffle mayonnaise, mixed salad leaves, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber balls
  • Caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella, beef tomato, basil, lettuce, and pesto
  • Bread with two spreads
 
Main Course
  • Grilled pork tenderloin medallions with mushroom sauce, served with sautéed baby potatoes
  • Pan-fried cod fillet with hollandaise sauce on a bed of pointed cabbage
  • Vegetarian tray-baked quiche with burrata, roasted cherry tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, and bell pepper
  • Potato wedges or fries with mayonnaise

  • Salad with Serrano ham and Galia melon, balsamic cream, sun-dried tomato, and mixed salad leaves
  • Trout tartare with avocado, lime mayonnaise, arugula, and pine nuts
  • Gado-gado salad with cucumber, egg, green beans, white cabbage, fried onions, and peanut sauce

 

Main Courses

  • Beef tips with stroganoff sauce, served with yellow rice
  • Sea bass fillet on a bed of spinach and fried onions
  • Orzo (risotto-style pasta) with a richly filled tomato sauce
  • Roasted baby potatoes with rosemary
  • Steamed romanesco and winter carrots with marinated broad beans
